D365 F&O Functional Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months +
Location: hybrid, Windsor, 1 day per week on site
Pay: inside IR35, up to £560p/day
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team working on the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring effective transformation through the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into D365 F&O solutions.
* Lead and oversee functional aspects of solution design and implementation.
* Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes.
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver user-focused outcomes.
* Conduct functional and end-to-end process testing.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 5-6 years' experience with D365 F total experience 15+ years.
* Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain modules.
* Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
* Agile delivery experience with knowledge of sprints, user stories, and product backlogs.
* Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, Office 365).
* Experience in the energy sector is a plus.

* Individual contributor role (no direct reports).
* No budget or asset management responsibilities.
