The Opportunity
A rapidly growing global business specialising in Civil Engineering and this is the hire that drives it in the North. With significant investment behind them and clear growth plans running throughout 2026, they deliver infrastructure solutions across major UK construction projects, working the full civils and groundworks supply chain. This isn't a restructure. It's a genuine expansion and you'll be at the heart of it.
* Salary £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience (Also flexible for the right person)
* Bonus scheme + Commission

* Remote role - office is based in Liverpool - field based role no expectations to come into the office
The Role
This is a business development/account management role. You'll take ownership of a northern territory, manage their largest accounts, and build the commercial presence across the patch. Day-to-day, you can expect to be:
* Getting in front of civil engineering contractors, groundworks specialists, developers and Tier 1 construction firms
* Identifying projects early in the lifecycle and converting them into long-term partnerships
* Chasing framework agreements and repeat project work, not just one-hit sales
* Managing key accounts whilst still actively hunting for new business
* Representing the business at industry meetings, site visits and project discussions
* Building and owning a strong regional pipeline
