Requirements
Master’s in Education or Bachelor’s in Education with valid teaching certification (e.g., TRCN).
Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or equivalent).
Proven years of experience in a similar role
Track record of school improvement & academic achievement.
Experience with Nigerian and/or international curricula (British, IGCSE, IB).
Training/certifications in school leadership or management.
Experience with curriculum development and school accreditation.
Strong classroom teaching experience.
2–4 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal, HOD, Academic Coordinator, etc.).
Teaching Roles
B.Ed, NCE + TRCN registration, or B.Sc in any discipline.
2–3 years’ relevant teaching experience.
