The Reconciliation Administrator is responsible for accurately recording the customers' deliveries in accordance with the required timeline and process any information which will affect future deliveries collating the appropriate data to ensure the clients can invoice their customers correctly, and has the ability to balance stocks at agreed periodic intervals.
The jobholder is responsible for;
The accurate reconciliation of all product delivered against customer specific agreed deadlines
Ensuring that data of completed reconciliation is exported as per customer specific agreed deadlines
Ensuring correct data entry into various audit logs
Completing an accurate and detailed handover between shifts
Taking the appropriate investigative action to find missing data in order to reconcile deliveries within the agreed timescale
Monitoring the accounting queries inbox as required by the Customer Service Admin Manager, Control Team Leader or Service Operations Manager
Assisting the Customer Service team as and when required
Creating periodic management information reports
Filing of paperwork
Hours of Work;
Working an average of 37.5 hours per week, covering days, nights and weekends (10.5 hour shifts)
