About the Role
As a Senior Carer, youll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our care services. Youll provide high-quality care and support to our residents/clients, assist with their personal and emotional needs, and support junior staff while promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of care assistants in delivering person-centred care
* Administer medication in line with company policies and training
* Assist with residents personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hygiene needs
* Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals
* Act as a key point of contact for families and external professionals
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
What Were Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Medication administration training (preferred)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A caring nature, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Right to work in the UK
