Software Engineer – London / Brighton / Cardiff

The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge software solutions that power the agency’s proprietary platforms and client projects. Your work will focus on creating scalable, high-performance applications that enable brands to engage audiences more effectively.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Technical tasks: Designing and implementing software using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, with a strong emphasis on GCP for cloud-based solutions.
* Other key responsibilities: Collaborating with a dynamic team to build proof-of-concepts, AI agents, and digital tools that streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes.
Skills And Experience
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
* Proficiency in GCP and modern software development practices.
* Experience with SQL, Python and data visualization is a plus.
* Some experience in AI
* A background in agency, consultancy, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
* A passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.
The successful Software Engineer will receive the following benefits
