IT Support Analyst – IT MSP
Full-time, Permanent
Edinburgh Hybrid / Onsite (must be able to commute to Edinburgh regularly)

Responsibilities
This position is hiring for an experienced IT support analyst or engineer, working across all levels of support, from Tier 1 to Tier 3.
Wide variety of tasks & support needs; it is important that this hire won’t shy away from difficult tickets or avoid simple tickets.
The key expertise required here is across Azure, Intune, & 365.
* Must have some experience with Azure, ideally with alerts
* Strong general Microsoft experience, particularly with 365 administration
* Intune experience is also important – ideally configuration & setting up policies
* Prior experience within an MSP, agency, consultancy, or similar client-facing environment is a very nice addition, but not required.
* Automation & scripting skill another nice-to-have
* Enthusiastic, encouraging, & pleasant team member – attitude goes a long way!
