Reporting to the Director of Student Accounts, the Student Accounts Senior Representative supports the daily operations of the Student Accounts Office, including customer service and all related back-office processes and functions. This position may require overtime, including work hours on weekends and holidays. Additionally, it requires travel to and work at other Fordham campuses when needed.
Essential Functions
* Handle customer service inquiries regarding student accounts, including billing, payments, financial aid, and refunds.
* Review student accounts to determine the accuracy of charges, financial aid disbursements, and verify credit validity.
* Advise students on options for financing their Fordham education.
* Assist students with navigating the various self-service options.
* Process credit card, cash, and check payments and requests for itemized bills for students and third-party vendors.
* Assist students with reviewing and understanding their 1098T forms.
* Assist with developing, implementing, and enhancing student account policies and procedures.
* Host, participate, and/or present in online presentations.

* Provide coverage for Enrollment Services staff as needed.
