We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team, focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business generation.
Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded, specializing in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically ranging from £20m to £500m in deal value.
This role offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic field of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to the business's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes.
2. Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs.
3. Identifying key deal issues and providing commercial insights.
4. Writing reports and reviewing team members’ drafts.
5. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and advisors.

1. Previous experience in Transaction Services or due diligence.
2. Experience with TMT sector deals and a desire to focus on this sector.
3. Exposure to various transaction types and sizes.
4. High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
5. Strong technical skills with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
6. Ideally, a professional accountancy qualification.
