What you will do
* Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
* Assist Head Chef in menu development and work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes.
* Create a warm, efficient environment and manage stock control.
* Engage with residents to create appetising and nutritious menus and demonstrate a good understanding of HACCP.
Qualifications
* Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
* Personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in resident wellbeing.
* Good understanding of nutrition and experience working with fresh seasonal food.
* Confidence engaging with residents to tailor menus and create nutritious options.
* Good understanding of HACCP.

* Create a warm, efficient and fun environment.
* Work within budget and complete regular audits.
