Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA Salary: (£24,000–£26,000 FTE, actual salary pro rata) Contract: Term-time only, 32.5 hours per week Start Date: September 2025 About the Role: We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across the curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a secondary setting, supporting students in small groups, interventions, and classroom environments.
