Are you passionate about supporting children and making a real difference every day?
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Classroom Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Chelmsford, supporting a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.

The Role
* Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning
* Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support strategies
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Encourage confidence, independence, and participation

What We’re Looking For
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive individual
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based desirable)
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
