About The Role
As a Sales Performance Coach at CarFinance 247, you will deliver exceptional learning and development solutions to support the company’s growth and success. Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high quality coaching programs focused on improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of regular feedback, coaching and training to Sales Account Managers using recognised coaching models and approaches.
2. Undertake thorough root cause analysis of call performance using AI Software to identify underlying issues impacting sales performance.
3. Take ownership of the delivery of coaching to a selected cohort of coachees, improving performance in line with organisational goals.
4. Conduct motivational conversations to inspire and empower Sales Account Managers and where necessary facilitate difficult conversations to address performance issues.
5. Manage strong relationships with Sales Management, providing regular feedback on the progress of your coaching cohort.
6. Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills ensuring all agreed SLAs are met.
About You
7. Level 3 CIPD Qualification in Learning & Development, Level 5 Coaching Professional Diploma or equivalent.
8. Experience of working in a Sales and/or Contact Centre environment.
9. Leadership experience with proven track record of enhancing sales performance.
10. Proven experience in sales coaching or performance management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
11. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver feedback effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
13. Familiarity with coaching policies and procedures, including documentation requirements and compliance standards.
