We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Biology Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire. This full-time permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a difference in the classroom. You will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 in the future.

What We're Looking For
We seek a Biology Teacher (ECT) who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025, along with a degree in Biology or a related subject.
* Is passionate about teaching Biology and eager to inspire students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
* Is reflective and open to feedback, with a strong desire to develop professionally.
