Trainee Marketing and Communications Officer
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
14-month fixed term contract, including a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship
Would you like to take on an apprenticeship which will help you grow and learn the skills required to succeed in the marketing industry?
Join our dynamic team at STEM Learning as a Trainee Marketing and Communications Officer! This role will combine relevant, professional training and on-the-job experience to help you develop a versatile skill set as a Marketing Officer.
The Role
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Marketing and communications plans: Delivering marketing plans with a mix of marketing and communications activities across digital, print and social media channels
* Marketing activity: Involvement in all aspects of digital marketing and communications including social media, email marketing, pay per click and developing & posting website content
* Campaigns: Working with the team to deliver marketing campaigns - writing content, using data for personalisation and measuring the success of these campaigns
* Communications support: Provide guidance, share best practices, evaluate marketing/communications support and monitor network activities

* Education/experience: You may be leaving college, university or looking for a change in career. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for marketing and some previous work experience
* Communication: We're looking for someone with great written and oral communication skills

* Resilience: Able to manage a large and varied workload with changing priorities

You will work through a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. At the end of your training, you will gain a qualification and can become a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
