Our client is a successful financial services firm with a strong direct to consumer business in the UK. This role would be based in their Manchester office. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Executive reporting into their Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of core communications and play a key role in the day-to-day operations across a broad marketing remit.
Key responsibilities include:

o responsible for leading all ‘business-as-usual’ marketing & communication activity including regular newsletters & email campaigns; support on social media; and other content needs
o collaborate with the wider marketing team to evolve communications based on client needs & behaviours
o owns budget management including invoice payment, budget tracking, & ad-hoc strategic finance exercises
o proactively manage projects, capable of operating independently, managing timelines, dependencies & stakeholder expectations.
o participate in special projects and marketing campaigns outside brand marketing and performs other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and possess previous consumer marketing experience. Whilst financial services experience would be useful, previous experience for an established 'consumer brand' would be more valuable. The successful candidate will have excellent project management, planning and communication skills and the ability to prioritise, influence stakeholders and meet deadlines in a commercial environment.
