Job Title: Process Supply Analyst

Role Purpose
The role aims to optimise the UK & Ireland RBU supply chain by balancing demands, minimizing production and distribution costs, and maximizing customer service. The main responsibility is managing electricity and power cost optimisation for bulk production plants through load management plans, working with various operational centers to plan and implement cost-effective supply strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Implement and manage electricity load management plans in the UK and Ireland, optimizing run hours against tariffs.
2. Collaborate with the ROC to develop and execute winter Triad Management strategies to reduce electricity costs without affecting customer supplies.
3. Manage the UK & Ireland product demand supply chains, ensuring optimal plant operation and reporting inefficiencies.
4. Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring uninterrupted supplies.
5. Manage wholesale supply contracts and purchase agreements to meet contractual obligations and maximize contract potential.
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer service, reducing costs.
7. Coordinate weekly with the Deliver function to align driver and vehicle requirements with current demands.
8. Respond swiftly to plant outages to maintain supply pipelines and minimize costs.
9. Support out-of-hours operations to assist the Remote Operating Centre and other teams.

Person Specification
