What you’ll do :
* Conduct face-to-face and / or virtual assessments of individuals’ functional capability
* Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements :
* Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist
* Current professional registration (NMC / HCPC)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
