We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and leadership of a high performing team.
* Be a proactive, self-starter with a flair for business planning and coaching others to reach their full potential.
* Progress from point-of-sale management to broader business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front-line marketing to develop all-round skills for progression in the beauty industry.
