We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our expanding team at Rollo - a full-service marketing agency that partners with businesses to deliver across their entire marketing landscape. From brand and strategy to content and campaign delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in both generating new opportunities and supporting existing client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
* Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and networking events.
* Utilise marketing automation and CRM systems to track, manage and qualify leads.
Outreach and Engagement
* Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels.
* Nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on products or services.
Qualification
* Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the target customer profile.
* Collaborate with the rest of the team to determine the readiness of leads for conversion.
Account Management
* Maintain Rollo’s client-first approach with all accounts, ensuring customer service is high throughout the whole process.
* Build strong relationships with both clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring all campaigns are run smoothly.
* Work creatively to produce high-quality marketing assets, campaigns, and materials that fall within the requirements of client briefs.
* Be on hand to respond to all customer questions/queries during operating hours.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Customer Education:
* Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Qualifications and Skills.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an Agency or B2B environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong skills across the Adobe Suite and similar programmes.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
