This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its plot sales conveyancing team and is looking for a qualified conveyancer with up to twoyears’ experience handling their own conveyancingcaseload.

The Role:
* Develop your expertise in technical site set-ups
* Your caseload willincludeadvising on affordable/shared ownership schemes &high-value transactions for national housebuilders
* Gain exposure to the commercial elements of conveyancing through acting for high quality developer clients
* Work closely with national housebuilders, regional developers and registered providers
What do you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* Up to 2 years residential conveyancing experience
