Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure potential learners can access Adult Learning provision easily and effectively.
2. Identify and engage learners in the core adult learning programme.
3. Plan, organise, and coordinate stakeholder and community promotional events to reach harder-to-engage communities.
4. Coordinate internal and external communications for staff and learners.
5. Support internal and external communications via the website and social media tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* GCSE qualification in English.
* Experience with website management and social media tools.
* Experience in implementing marketing and promotional activities.
* Experience in researching and interpreting information.
* Ability to present information to teams and wider audiences.
