Cation: Tunbridge Wells, UK Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent Shifts: Day and Night shifts available Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team at a nursing home in Tunbridge Wells. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Support residents with meal preparation and feeding where necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being. Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to senior staff. Assist with mobility and use of equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents. Follow care plans and ensure person-centred care is delivered at all times. Work collaboratively with nurses, other care staff, and families to provide the best care possible. Requirements: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role is desirable but not essential (full training provided). A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Right to work in the UK.
