Field Support Manager - Cambridge
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Support Manager to lead our supported living services in Cambridge. This role involves managing a team, ensuring service quality, and fostering positive outcomes for the individuals we support.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the service and leading a team of Field Support Supervisors
* Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
* Conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new staff
* Completing supervisions and appraisals
* Managing medication audits and attending multi-disciplinary meetings
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements
* Taking responsibility for the service in the absence of the Registered Manager
* Participating in the on-call rota as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care management role
* Willingness to study for a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism, brain injuries, mental health needs, or challenging behaviours
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a UK Driving License
