Responsibilities
* Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
* Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status.
* Perform quality repairs while adhering to time schedules.
* Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
* Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim to access vehicle parts.
* Participate in all required safety meetings.
* File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using appropriate tools.
* Supervise and guide apprentices or team members when needed, explaining procedures and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications
* Ability to operate a frame machine.
* Certification in body repair preferred.
* Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
* I-CAR welding certification.
* Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
* Ability to supervise repair personnel.
* Must pass a thorough background check.

Compensation is competitive and based on knowledge, skills, experience, and certifications. This role is paid on a commission/flag rate structure, with guaranteed minimum wages for all hours worked. The listed pay range reflects the average for full-time employees in this position.
