Duties:
9. Provide first-class customer service and create an engaging retail experience
10. Manage customer enquiries efficiently and guide them through the purchase process
11. Support customers with exploring, financing, and purchasing vehicles
12. Accurately appraise part exchanges and provide valuations
13. Present finance options, insurance products, accessories, and service plans
14. Follow up with customers post-enquiry to secure sales
15. Close deals and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
16. Manage leads and distribute appointments to the sales team
17. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty
18. Mentor and support sales executives in achieving their targets
19. Regularly review dealer diary and sales progress
20. Keep detailed records of all deals and income generated
21. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Requirements:
22. Experience in vehicle sales preferred; strong sales background considered
23. Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
24. FCA accreditation and knowledge of finance systems essential
25. Understanding of car valuations, negotiating, and closing sales
26. Attention to detail and organisational skills
27. Full clean driving licence is a must
28. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends on a rota basis
29. A proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
