NHS Grampian is looking for a Project Manager interested in taking on an exciting role that will support delivery of national, regional and local projects aimed at improving efficiency of planned care pathways. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both staff experience and patient care.
This role will provide the post holder with an opportunity to manage a range of projects working across a variety of services to improve pathways of care across primary, secondary, and tertiary care. The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and collaboratively address challenges that may impact on delivery of projects. They will be able to exhibit excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
This is a fixed term, full time post for 12 months. It is anticipated interviews will be held on 24th and 25th September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Manage a range of projects working across services to improve pathways of care across primary, secondary, and tertiary care.
* Collaborate with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and address challenges that may impact delivery of projects.
* Lead, develop and implement projects that deliver measurable improvements in planned care across Grampian.
