Night Care Team Leader
Pay rate: £13.90 to £14.60 per hour + paid breaks.
Hours: 24 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at Wickmeads, our residential care home, located a stone's throw from the idyllic Tuckton Gardens and River Stour, Christchurch, Dorset.

What you will be doing:
* Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
* Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
* Administration of medication to residents
* Liaising with external medical professionals and residents’ families
* Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's policies
Who are we looking for:

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
