Role: Warehouse Customer Service
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri / 08:00 - 17:00
Duties:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the customer service team across warehousing and distribution services.
* Monitor and log customer queries, ensuring timely responses and resolution tracking.
* Assist in escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or management.
* Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on inventory status, order fulfilment, and delivery schedules.
* Document client requirements and relay them to relevant internal teams.
* Liaise with warehouse supervisors, transport planners, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or administrative roles within logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and distribution processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Working knowledge of WMS, TMS, and CRM platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
