Job Overview
Full‑time hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) within the Support team. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support for our ECHO field applications – including Onboard, Mobile, Sidekick and Loadrite – ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Day To Day Responsibilities
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless application performance and support.
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the ECHO Field applications.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients via ticketing system, telephone or email.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by clients.
* Classify issues correctly and ensure resolution within SLA.
* Escalate to 2nd/3rd line support or other departments when necessary.
* Document support procedures and incident reports in detailed manner.
Experience and Skills Needed
* BSc in IT or Electrical Engineering, equivalent degree or relevant experience.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Self‑managing and organized.
* Willingness to learn and interest in technology.
* UK driving licence.
Nice to have
* Experience with tablet/phone management or MDM solutions.
* Previous customer‑facing roles.
* Experience with web‑based systems.
* Basic SQL knowledge.

Schedule & Work Location
* Rotating shifts between 6 am and 8 pm (early and late shifts fully remote).
* Core working days: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
* Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
* On‑call cover on weekends.
* Hybrid remote in Richmond, London.
