Key Duties
* Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and engaging residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training as required

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful social care worker.
