Till Operator with step up supervisor responsibilities:
Minimum 25.5hrs/week with scope for additional hours and a flexible approach to working pattern required.
Normal shift pattern: Sunday, Monday, Thursday Supervisor (can pick up additional hours as a customer service advisor).
We are looking for an organised and confident Till Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our tills, located in our Farm Shop.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising the daily operation of the till staff
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
* Supporting and training till staff to maintain high standards
* Handling cash and card transactions
* Monitoring queues and ensuring customer flow is well managed
* Assisting with breaks, sickness, and general team organisation
* Ensuring company policies on food safety, health & safety, and customer care are followed
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is essential
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Confident with cash handling and till systems
* Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
