KS1 Teacher - Northolt, Ealing
Full-time | January 2026 start | Long-term until July 2026 | M1-UPS3 | Open to ECTs and experienced teachers
Tradewind are recruiting for a KS1 Teacher to join a friendly two-form entry primary school in Northolt, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, from January 2026 until the end of the academic year.
This school is well-respected locally for its inclusive ethos and focus on nurturing confident learners. Staff work collaboratively, sharing planning and supporting one another through weekly team meetings. The school benefits from well-maintained buildings, access to new IT resources, and a large playground. It's easily accessible via Central Line services and local bus routes, with some on-site parking available.
Responsibilities:
1. Teach and inspire pupils across Key Stage 1, ensuring lessons are well-differentiated and engaging.
2. Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly.
3. Foster a positive learning environment, promoting resilience and enthusiasm for learning.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency across the key stage.
Requirements:
5. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
6. Previous experience in KS1 is essential.
7. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
8. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
9. ECTs are encouraged to apply if confident and well-prepared for full class responsibility.
