Description
The Invoicing and Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary contract for 6 months which could be extended. The role will be full time office based in Macclesfield- reporting to the Finance Supervisor key responsibilities will include
* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
* Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end reporting tasks.
* Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Respond to client and internal queries related to invoicing and accounts.
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
* Have Experience working within a fast-paced office environment is essential- ideally in finance or admin
* Strong Administrative background is essential
* Be able to commute full time to Macclesfield office
* Be able to consider a temporary contract initially
