The role As
Private Client Tax Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a complex and rewarding client portfolio, combining technical compliance with planning and advisory work. You will work closely with directors and partners, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and a senior technical presence internally.
The role is mainly office-based in
Royal Tunbridge Wells, with hybrid working (three days in the office) and occasional travel to London for client meetings.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of private clients, trusts and estates
Reviewing and overseeing trust accounts, trust and personal tax returns, R185s and IHT filings
Preparing and reviewing estate tax returns and related advisory work
Supporting partners and directors with ad hoc planning across trusts and estates
Explaining complex tax issues to clients in clear, practical language
Acting as a senior point of reference for technical queries within the team
Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
