SB‑MGMT is a talent management agency working at the intersection of music, fashion, film and culture. Following a period of growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Talent Agent to help manage our roster, support brand partnerships, and drive the agency’s next stage of development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of the influencer, fashion or entertainment industries who’s ready to step up into a bigger role and a more creative, and commercially‑driven environment.
THE ROLE
You’ll work closely with the founder and team to manage a roster of fashion, music and digital talent — supporting day‑to‑day representation, sourcing social and brand opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution across campaigns. You should be culturally tuned‑in, digitally fluent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment where every day is different.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management of SB‑MGMT’s roster across fashion, beauty, music and lifestyle.
* Source and secure paid social‑media and brand‑partnership opportunities.
* Handle inbound enquiries, update decks, contracts and deliverables.
* Liaise between talent, brands and agencies to ensure projects run seamlessly.
* Support on campaign logistics — call sheets, timelines, posting schedules, reporting.
* Assist with scouting and onboarding new influencers and creators.
* Maintain the agency CRM, databases and calendars.
* Help prepare weekly mailers, case studies and website/social updates.
* Attend key industry events, press days and shoots to represent SB‑MGMT.
* Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, platform updates and emerging talent.
About You
2–4 years’ experience in a talent, PR, influencer‑marketing or brand‑partnership role.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident handling contracts, deliverables and client relationships.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
* Culturally fluent — follows trends in fashion, music and youth culture.
* Positive, proactive and solution‑driven; thrives in a small, ambitious team.
* London‑based with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel.
