OmniTech is working with a confidential client to source a Business Central Functional Consultant.
Position Overview
As a Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role, encompassing the following key areas:
Project Delivery:
* Engage in chargeable activities, primarily focusing on project delivery within our existing client base and new business ventures.
* Work on diverse projects, including development and project management resources.
* Specialise in the delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central, with the potential involvement in third-party technologies like TRIMIT, Jet, Continia (OCR Document Management), etc. Training will be provided.
Support:
* Serve as an extension to support, providing functional and technical assistance to our client base.
Product Development/Pre-sales:
* Gain expertise in the latest versions of Business Central and our Intellectual Property (IP) in Pub Companies and Breweries, Fashion, and Furniture verticals.
* Collaborate with the sales department to support business growth through pre-sales activities and contribute to tender document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver chargeable consultancy services within your field of expertise.
* Provide product management and direction for our Intellectual Property (IP) modules.
* Assist with support calls as needed.
General Skills & Competencies:
* Possess an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ 365 Business Central.
* Knowledge of Advanced Warehousing or Finance is desirable.
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Desirable experience with Power BI, Jet, and other reporting tools.
* Comfortable engaging with clients both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
