As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering complex engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, schedule, and budget. Expect to engage with clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities
* Navigate the complexities of large‑scale EPC projects, including managing diverse stakeholder expectations and intricate technical requirements.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, from supply chain disruptions to unforeseen technical hurdles.
* Maintain strict adherence to project budgets and timelines while upholding Yokogawa's rigorous quality standards.
* Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across various functions and potentially different geographical locations.
* Adapt to evolving project scopes and client demands with agility and strategic foresight.
* Lead the full lifecycle of EPC projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
* Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet Yokogawa's quality standards and client specifications.
* Conduct project reviews and post‑mortems to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Experience as a project management professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex EPC projects.

* Strategic thinker with a meticulous approach to planning, risk management, and problem‑solving.
