The Role As Managing Director, you will lead the business through its next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Define and deliver the company’s strategic and commercial objectives in collaboration with the Board * Lead and develop the management team to achieve growth and performance targets * Drive profitability through cost control, process optimisation, and market expansion * Oversee operational functions including fabrication, production, supply chain, and quality * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders * Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles * Champion a hands-on, accountable, and performance-driven culture About You You will be a commercially focused and operationally strong leader with extensive experience in metal manufacturing or engineering.
