The Role As Managing Director, you will lead the business through its next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence. You will take full responsibility for commercial and financial performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: * Define and deliver the company’s strategic and commercial objectives in collaboration with the Board * Lead and develop the management team to achieve growth and performance targets * Drive profitability through cost control, process optimisation, and market expansion * Oversee operational functions including fabrication, production, supply chain, and quality * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders * Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles * Champion a hands-on, accountable, and performance-driven culture About You You will be a commercially focused and operationally strong leader with extensive experience in metal manufacturing or engineering.
