The College is seeking a highly motivated full-time Estates Manager to lead and manage the College’s estate. Worcester Sixth Form College has 1800 full-time 16-19 students and an excellent reputation for its results, extra-curricular provision and support for students. The College is rated Ofsted good (2023) and is part of the Heart of Mercia Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) which was formed on 1 April 2019 and delivers post-16 education in Hereford, Stourbridge and Worcester. The MAT has an annual budget of over £30m and serves the needs of more than 6000 students across the region. Job Purpose: To lead and manage the College’s estate, ensuring a safe, sustainable, and well-maintained learning environment. The Estates Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities management, act as the designated Health and Safety Officer, lead sustainability initiatives, and manage capital and construction projects from inception to completion.
