Liverpool Swimming Academy is a small all-inclusive swim school based in Waterloo, Crosby. We provide swimming lessons to mainstream children and, children with physical disabilities, Autism and ADHD. Our academy has devised specialised swimming programmes to suit everyone's needs, and all of which are delivered at our private pool. We aim to provide a positive learning environment to our students; therefore, it is imperative that you must enjoy working with children.
Job Description
At Liverpool Swimming Academy, your role as a Swimming Teacher Assistant is to assist the class teacher to deliver engaging swimming lessons to children aged 2.5 years – 9 years old.
Your main responsibilities are the safety and wellbeing of the children either in the swimming pool or on poolside, ensuring safety standards are adhered to and contributing to planning exciting and motivational sessions that support the children's progression. Your duties will also include but not limited to:
· Register and maintain records of attendance
· Aiding with administrative duties
· Light cleaning on the poolside and changing rooms
· Setting up equipments before lessons and putting away.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for swimming and enjoys working with children. Other attributes would be someone who has excellent communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. The right candidate will assist with delivering both group and private lessons.

Experience
* Experience working with children would be desired.
Qualifications
* Lifesaving and First Aid Training will be provided for the right candidate.
