What we offer you:
* Location: Biggleswade SG18
* Service: Supported Living
* Salary: £ per hour, increasing to £ per hour from 1st October 2024
* Hours: Flexible contracts of 30 or 37.5 hours, with shifts including early, late, and every other weekend
* Sleep-ins: £
* Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime, 20% Bank Holiday, 50% Christmas bonus
* Training: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

What you'll be doing:
Supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, planning activities, and building confidence. Supporting independence and social engagement, including outings, shopping, and hobbies. Building relationships and enabling people to achieve their goals.
Having a full driving license is advantageous but not essential.
