Working day shifts, you will be the lead clinician on duty, overseeing care delivery and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of residents throughout the day. You’ll take pride in delivering person-centred care, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere, and ensuring all clinical tasks are completed to a high standard.
This includes developing tailored care plans, carrying out regular health checks, administering medications safely and efficiently, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will support and guide care assistants during the shift, facilitate smooth handovers, and remain calm and responsive in emergency situations.
You’ll be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN. While experience in a care home setting is desirable, what matters most is your commitment to delivering exceptional care and your ability to lead with kindness and confidence.
You will be calm under pressure, a strong communicator, and someone who brings both clinical skill and emotional intelligence to the role.
