Overview
Three wonderful individuals in TF9 require 1:1 support in a warm, person-centred environment. One lady is fiercely independent and enjoys her own space; another is outgoing and sociable, loves shopping and getting out and about; the gentleman enjoys Doctor Who, routines, and engaging with familiar faces. They thrive with support that is consistent, respectful, and tailored to their individual needs. A good sense of humour and patience go a long way in this role.
Role
Your role is to provide 1:1 support and help each person live life to the fullest.
Responsibilities
* Supporting with personal care
* Assisting with meal preparation and medication administration
* Encouraging independence and routine
* Supporting one individual with wheelchair use when out and about
* Promoting social engagement and community activities
Requirements & Compliance

Experience
Experience in care is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Arrangements
* Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm / 2:30pm - 10:00pm / 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00pm - 7:00am
* Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
