OUR HIRING PROCESS:

Our Customer Success (CS) team is central to this mission—building strong client relationships and driving long-term success. We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to help scale our impact by maximizing growth opportunities across our client base.


About The Role

The Account Growth Manager plays a key role in ensuring the CS team drives incremental revenue, optimizes internal processes, and tracks growth opportunities. This role will focus on automating and improving efficiency in revenue tracking, identifying process improvements, and influencing training and best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track Incremental Growth: Produce reports and monitor trends regularly.
2. Accountability & Process Optimization: Collaborate with the CS team to report on expansion opportunities efficiently.
3. Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement tools or processes to automate tracking and streamline workflows.
4. Strategic Influence: Continuously evaluate and improve how we track, measure, and forecast account growth.
5. Training & Enablement: Partner with the Sr. Director of Account Strategy to develop training programs.
6. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with these teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and client expansion.
7. Data & Insights: Use client data, market trends, and internal feedback to refine the CS playbook for revenue growth.


What We’re Looking For:

* 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B marketing, SaaS, or agency environments.
* Strong analytical skills to track revenue, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting dashboards.
* Ability to influence without direct authority and ensure best practices across teams.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency and process improvement.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align teams and drive impact.
