Being a Distribution Sales Key Account Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs. Here are your most important tasks:
* Be responsible for UK distribution customized key accounts business development
* Analyze local market capacities, requirements, and demands; define market strategies
* Develop country-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
* Coordinate with local Distribution Sales Managers on country-specific activities
* Develop and support new customized key customers (account development, relationship management, customized demands & implementation, lead generation) in the UK region
* Manage and grow business activities of existing customers
* Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other events
Your profile
All right, so I hope you now understand what background you should have to feel comfortable with this role. It’s all about electrical equipment, so it is essential for you to have:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
* Affinity for sales and distribution, with at least seven years of experience in sales or business development in the renewable industry, preferably in the inverter industry
* Experience building up and successfully developing the distribution business for an inverter manufacturer is a great benefit
* Good knowledge of photovoltaics and inverters, combined with a strong commercial sales background
* Languages: Native English speaker; any other European language is a plus
* Proficiency in MS-Office and CRM software
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally regularly
