We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for providing first line of supports to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of tenancy. This is a full-time position, in the office. Main Duties: Communicate with tenants to find out what the issue is Obtain quotations from contractors if necessary Check contractors work Create Tenancies and Tenant Referencing Compliance & Contracts Track rent, deposits, and move-in monies directly through the dashboard. Organise Inventory, Check in, Check out, Gas safety checks, EICR, EPC, etc Book appointment with inventory clerk to conduct check ins and outs Verify details on inventory report before sending to landlords and tenants Organise any remedial work to be done Book appointment with gas safety inspector well ahead of time Book appointment with electrician ahead of time Organise for cleaning to be done before check-out Verify that all documents are signed, monies received, and repairs/cleaning done Send letters to tenants to arrange for inspection Send reports to landlords and tenants For pre-move in inspection, note repairs/cleaning to be done Acknowledge Notice of Termination received from tenants Send out letters with check out instructions Update property software with last day of tenancy After check out, go over check out report and prepare a list of remedial works Obtain quotations from contractors Forward check out reports and quotes to Landlords for approval Activate refund on Deposit Protection Schemes (DPS TDS) webpage Arrange for remedial works upon receipt of funds Maintain all landlords and tenancy records This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
