Position: MAGNA Product & Technical Sales Manager
Location: NI based
Reporting to: MAGNA Business Line Director
Terex has a prominent position globally in providing compact and mid-sized materials processing equipment. MAGNA, recently launched in 2024, will serve customers requiring higher capacity machines tailored to meet larger output and volume needs.
As the MAGNA Product & Technical Sales Manager, you will serve as a vital link between our dealers, customers, and internal teams to define the future of our products and support to our distribution, sales, and aftersales channel partners.
About the Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to influence the direction of MAGNA’s product portfolio in the Large Scale materials processing industry. You will identify emerging customer needs, collaborate on designing new products, and champion improvements to existing models, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations, delivering robust, reliable, high-performance equipment that drives long-term value.
Your role will directly contribute to growing MAGNA’s position as a global industry leader, combining your skills with our resources to deliver next-generation crushing and screening solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and prioritize new products via the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
2. Coordinate product management activities involved in new product introduction within the NPPD process.
3. Gather information on local market regulations and specifications to ensure compliance.
4. Build strong relationships with end users and dealers through regular visits for feedback.
5. Create specifications for new products based on research and surveys.
6. Assess profitability, volume projections, and potential for new products and improvements, engaging with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams.
7. Visit customers to recommend technical solutions and machine performance specifications, using software tools like Aggflow and Visual layouts.
8. Prepare and deliver training materials and sales tools to dealers and customers, including competitor comparisons.
9. Collaborate with third-party suppliers to incorporate products and services into the MAGNA portfolio.
10. Provide feedback on existing products and convey information for research and development.
11. Participate in trade shows, dealer conferences, and marketing activities.
Education & Experience Required
* Proven track record in managing and launching products, preferably in related industries.
* Significant experience in the mobile crushing or screening industry.
* Experience with product design processes.
* Customer-facing experience.
* Experience in e-commerce or social media.
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Understanding of the crushing and screening industry and equipment applications.
