Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support in education? We are seeking a Curriculum Administration Team Leader to join our Curriculum Support Administration team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of student data processes across Further Education, Higher Education, Apprenticeships, and Adult Engagement.
About The Role
As Team Leader, you will support the Curriculum Administration Manager in managing day-to-day operations, lead on process improvements, and provide guidance and training to team members. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy and compliance throughout the student lifecycle, while delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria
1. Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
2. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
3. Recent experience in a student data-related role or equivalent transferable experience
4. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a demanding workload
Key Responsibilities
6. Support the Curriculum Administration Manager in overseeing day-to-day team operations
7. Manage and maintain student data accurately across enrolment, assessment, exams, and achievement stages
8. Liaise with awarding bodies and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations
9. Lead on team training, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives
10. Assist with audits, projects, and business transformation activities to enhance efficiency and service quality

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
