Job Title: ESOL Administrator

About the Role
At Croydon College Group, we believe our staff deliver an excellent student experience. We are seeking an ESOL Administrator to support the ESOL area, ensuring learners receive outstanding service. The ESOL department offers a collaborative environment with an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to learners studying English as a second language.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the ESOL area.
* Offer information and advice to existing and potential students.
Qualifications
* Level 2 literacy and numeracy or willingness to achieve.
* Qualification in Business Administration.
* Significant experience working in a busy environment.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility.
